OPENING HOURS AND DELIVERY CHARGES
 
All international orders are shipped via FEDEX Express EXPRESS VIA AIB for the United States.
We strive to deliver your goods in 5-8 business days from the date the shipment of your order. You can follow at any time the status of your package. MontaigneParis is not liable for delays in deliveries of the transport company.
 
Your package will be provided by MONTAIGNE PARIS for the duration of the transit until it is delivered. A signature is required for all deliveries. It is this that determines the transfer of responsibility of the goods to the person receiving them.
 
 
Please note that delivery times are indicative and may be modified during our sales periods.
 
TAXES AND FEES
 
MONTAIGNEPARIS The website is divided into several areas: the United Kingdom, America, Japan, France, Germany and Other Countries. Make sure that you shop in the right area.
 
ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
 
Before shipping your order, we may verify your identity with the issuer of your credit card and your billing and delivery.
If you pre-ordered an item, it will be shipped upon receipt in stock.
Once your order is shipped, the delivery address can not be changed. Thank you kindly make arrangements to ensure receipt.
If you are ordering for the first time, items will only be shipped to the billing address of the card holder, or a business address. To avoid delays please ensure that your billing address is correct and corresponds with the information on your credit card statement.
RETURN YOUR PURCHASE
 
To return an item, simply follow these steps:
 
E-mail to Customer Service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt of your order. The return of goods must be made no later than 30 days after the date of the return merchandise authorization (RMA). Returns received after the deadline are accepted at the discretion of MONTAIGNE PARIS. MONTAIGNE PARIS also reserves the right to charge for the costs of recovering the goods after 30 days;
 
For your return is processed as quickly as possible, gather in a single package all items in the same order that you wish to return.
 
REFUND
 
Products returned in good condition will be refunded to the account used for purchase. The fees of EU sales will not be refunded, and delivery charges. International tariffs and trade taxes are not refundable.
 
Please note that depending on your card issuer, a delay of up to 10 days may be necessary for the refund to be credited to your account.
 
EXCHANGE
 
MONTAIGNE PARIS exchange defective items only.
 
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
 
An item is considered defective if it has an imperfection on delivery or reveals a manufacturing defect in a period of 30 days from delivery.
Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.
 
All items returned for default are carefully checked by our quality control experts, who will determine if the object is actually faulty or if it is a normal wear. In some cases, we propose a repair of your article, but we wish to draw your attention to the fact that repairs are not guaranteed.
 
Exchanges are possible in product availability.
 
To return a defective item, follow the procedure detailed standard return above. "RETURN YOUR PURCHASE"
 
REFUND
 
Products returned in good condition will be refunded to the account used for purchase. EU sales to applicable taxes will not be reimbursed, and the shipping charges. International tariffs and trade taxes are not refundable.

RETURN POLICY
 
MONTAIGNE PARIS All items must be returned to us unused and in perfect condition, in their original packaging and accompanied by their certificates of authenticity.
Please try your shoes indoors on carpet and keep them in the dust pouches as you are not sure you want to keep them. If the shoes we are returned without box, in a damaged box or with dirty soles or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the return and shoes you will be returned.
Any item that has been altered or repaired by outside repair service will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
 
We ask you to use OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE to any return. MONTAIGNE PARIS disclaims any returned items in any other way. Your RMA number must be written on the pro forma invoice back and on the right by air, if necessary.
Purchased items must be returned from the country in which they were delivered to the treatment lead as soon as possible. Orders returned from another destination may be subject to additional taxes or be delayed in customs.
If you reside in the EU, the Regulation on Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 guarantees a right of withdrawal, you can claim by sending a written notice within 14 working days of receipt of the order.
